Choosing between epoxy floors and polyaspartic coatings depends on factors like cure time requirements, environmental conditions, and specific durability needs. As concrete experts, we use a variety of epoxy and polyaspartic/polyurethane products to ensure the best possible protection for your concrete.

It depends! Our expert team will be sure to advise you on the best timeline to keep your concrete protected.

For SS40 penetrating sealer, we recommend 3-5 years as this product is specifically built to be a longer-lasting level of protection.

For topical sealing we recommend 2 years, however, in 1 year you can expect to see the product begin to fade, which can be more drastic depending on the conditions in which your concrete is faced. If you are interested in topical sealing for the look we do advise once a year to maintain the high gloss aesthetic.

No! It is never too late to seal your concrete and PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT. Even if your concrete is aging and deteriorating, any of our sealing options can help provide it with a longer life span and mitigate further deterioration!

The best way to maintain your concrete involves maintaining the sealing coating as well as washing your concrete twice yearly to ensure dirt and debris are removed from the surface. We recommend a spring and fall cleaning.

In addition to the twice yearly clean, try to keep salt, de-icer, and fertilizer off the surface throughout the winter and summer as both of these have been proven to cause deterioration over time to the surface of your concrete.

Similar to cleaning your concrete, we do recommend cleaning your garage twice yearly to ensure dirt and debris are cleared from the surface. Due to their chemical components, you’ll find cleaning your coatings easy to do!

Additionally, we strongly advise against turning your vehicle’s tires inside your garage when the vehicle is stationary. The debris embedded in your tires acts like sandpaper on the surface, which can lead to deterioration over time in areas where tires are turned forcefully.
